The new issue of Publishers Weekly has a review of Dzanc's forthcoming (Feb. 2008) story collection, Yannick Murphy's In a Bear's Eye, including the openining line:
"In 24 brief, impresssionistic tales, Murphy .. delivers an emotional wallop." Not to mention the finale of "Murphy's tight, sharp sense of composition and tone renders these short takes more than mere formal exercises."
