Well, that's not completely true now that I think about it, perhaps Bat Segundo had imbibed a little too 
much, but he was not present as usual for the introduction - instead, a man sounding quite a bit like the young roving correspondent, Ed Champion himself, read from a recent review of the Bat Segundo podcast series.
So, to be completely true, I think it's just Ed going mano a mano with Mr. Auster, in another of those NY diners. It's well worth the 35 minutes investment of your time, as are nearly every one of Ed's podcasts. If you're looking for an additional bonus - this time around being a quick buzz - make this listen a drinking game and toss one back every time Ed starts with "I wanted to ask you about ..."
