Thanks to the monthly (or so) Small Press Distribution email, we added a trio of new story collections to the database. This brings the total published in 2017 up to 246, of which we currently own 101.
A quick peek after re-sorting the database by publisher shows that 167 different publishers have put out at least one short story collection this year. Knopf leads the way with 7 collections, Dzanc Books, FSG, and Press 53 have each published 5 collections, Grove, House of Anansi, and Scribner each had 4 come out this year, and another 36 publishers had multiple collections hit the scene in 2017.
